Transmittal Management NEW (Enterprise Edition - Platinum Plan Only)
KRYSTAL DMS - Enterprise Editions' Transmittal Management Module helps standardize and secure a complete and transparent lifecycle for a capital project's transmittals, from creation and review to compliant auditing and retention. The solution's process automation can be optimized for different requirements to maximize productivity and reduce costs, and its integrated search and user-friendly reporting provide further transparency.
Document Request LinksNEW (Enterprise Edition - Platinum Plan Only)
Safe and secure document sharing is important for document processing within, as well as from outside the organization. Similarly, safe and secure collection of documents from external entities, is also a vital part of the business processes of any organization. The Document Request Link module in KRYSTAL DMS - Enterprise Edition 2020 enables users to generate secure links to collect documents securely and conveniently store them directly into the KRYSTAL DMS - Enterprise Edition 2020 document management software from non KRYSTAL DMS users.
ZONAL OCR NEW (Enterprise Edition Only)
Companies that deal with large volume of paper documents employ scanning software that allows them to index and organize documents in their document management systems. However, manually processing and indexing documents is very time consuming and inefficient. KRYSTAL DMS - Enterprise Edition's ZONAL OCR feature makes indexing simply and efficient.
You can set up OCR Zones for each Document Class, which will allow the software to remember that location and extract data from that particular zone. This feature is especially helpful when documents don't have barcodes.
PDF Manipulation NEW
KRYSTAL DMS 2020 now allows users with revision control rights to perform editing tasks on PDF documents online. Users can Append Pages, Insert Pages or Delete Pages from existing documents if s/he has permissions for the same.
KRYSTAL DMS automatically generates a new version of the document once the operation of manipulation of PDF is complete.
Did You Mean (Search Suggestions) NEW (Enterprise Edition Only)
KRYSTAL DMS - Enterprise Edition now provides Did You Mean (Search Suggestions) so that users are given suggestions for valid search terms when they have tried searches that have failed. Suggestions are formed by looking for spelling and typing corrections to the search terms that result in a valid search from the data available within KRYSTAL DMS repository.
REST API NEW (Enterprise Edition Only)
You can use REST interfaces to access data on your KRYSTAL DMS - Enterprise Edition Repository and build solutions and integrate it with your existing application.
Two Factor Authentication (2FA) Enhanced (Enterprise Edition Only)
Two-factor authentication is now recommended to secure login to Internet services and protect against phishing attacks and credential theft. This authentication generates two-step verification codes for the users on their devices, thereby increases the security of user's account by requiring a second verification step at the time of access.
KRYSTAL DMS - Enterprise Edition now allows configuration of Two Factor Authentication at Domain level. Administrator can now enable 2FA for selective domain for higher security.
AutoCAD Drawing Viewer Enhanced (Enterprise Edition Only)
AutoCAD drawing were viewable in KRYSTAL DMS only on Windows based deployment. Primeleaf have now enhanced the KRYSTAL DMS to display AutoCAD (DWG, DXF etc) file formats to be viewable in KRYSTAL Document Viewer on all supported platforms.
